Drew West served his country for over 20 years as a United States Marine with a career specializing in Anti-Terrorism and Force Protection. He is a graduate of the United States Marine Corps Command & Staff College and the National Security Course, National Defense University. His Marine Corps education includes Nuclear, Biological & Chemical Warfare Defense School and the U.S. Department of Defense Emergency Management Course conducted by FEMA . He was a member of a MEUSOC unit (Marine Expeditionary Unit, Special Operation Capable), and was a lead Action Officer for the U.S. Marines to Homeland Security after 9/11. Drew has corporate security experience having worked for a fortune 20 company in the pharmaceutical industry. In his duties Drew planned, designed and coordinated several integrated security systems for facilities with hundreds of Square feet and trained several hundred employees regarding work place violence and security awareness.

Scott Anderson has over 20+ years of Law Enforcement experience. He began his career attending Law Enforcement vocational training in high school where he obtained his Private Security Certification. After graduation he was hired by a police agency as a communications dispatcher, handling both police and fire emergencies. After attending the Central Ohio Peace Officer Training Academy, he was promoted to the position of patrol officer. Scott’s assignments throughout his career have included Communications, Field Training, Officer-In-Charge, Range Officer, In-Service Training, Crash Investigation, Bike Patrol, Armorer, and Honor Guard. He holds numerous certifications in firearms, active shooters, tactical operations, hostage negotiations, criminal patrol, defensive/pursuit driving, defensive tactics, TASER, ASP, legal & civil issues, crisis intervention, leadership & supervision and currently is a certified Police and Security Instructor. He additional holds a police commission in central Ohio and is an instructor at one of the regional police academies.

Dennis DeMolet is decorated United States Marine Vietnam veteran. He is a leading expert on Small Business and Veterans’ Business affairs, and an active proponent for disabled Veterans’ small business, and non-profit organizations. Dennis has distinguished himself in these fields, receiving numerous accolades and honors during 35 years of dedicated service to the business and veteran community. His expertise is sought by Federal government and state policy-makers as well as by numerous community organizations. In representing the veteran community and its organizations, he has significantly contributed to key governmental policy changes and is credited with obtaining recognition of veterans as a vital force to this Nation. He is a former National Chairman of the Advisory Committee for Veterans Business Affairs for the United States Small Business Administration. Dennis was inducted into the Ohio Veterans Hall of Fame in 2015.
